Crystal moved to Chesapeake, Virginia to pursue her Bachelors Degree at Centura College in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was employed at Senior Corp Home Heatlh Care Services in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Crystal loved her two children, Ja’Keria, who aspires to become a doctor and Ja’Keem. They were the apple of her eye. She also loved her family very much. Crystal always planned family functions and criticized her sisters cooking, even though she ate it and always took some home.
Crystal loved shopping and her reality TV shows, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Basketball Wives, Married to Medicine, The Oval, and Sisters.
Crystal was not a person to sit aside silently at a funeral, family gathering, or anywhere! She kept you laughing; there was never a dull moment when she was present. Crystal was the only person that could get her mom to go on vacation or even out of town. She will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her father, Nelson Perkins; grandmothers, Dorothy Thomas and Maggie Clifford; grandfathers, James Rhodes and William Giddens; sister, Ingra Fitchett; uncles, Arthur Thomas, Walter Thomas, Charlie B.
